Alexander Brazie just came out the gate lying about DEI hiring practices, trying to gaslight people into thinking they are about giving people opportunities, that otherwise wouldnt have them. Which is in direct contradiction to every DEI memo put out by Disney, Amazon and many others.

No more being the best person who applied for the job, you just to tick a box as well. Otherwise, youre not getting the job. I will not support this racism, sexism and exclusion of people who have worked hard all their lives only to be turned away because they are the wrong colour or sex. And neither should any of you. Just because it happened before to other people, doesnt mean its ok to do it today to others.
