quick games to play while waiting for No Rest for the Wicked

hello but looking for recommandations and umm well i already just beat rise of the ronin and dragons dogma 2 . .I also tried out Buckshot Roulette, a fantastic short game available on Steam with new content released recently. It's perfect for finishing in just a day and well the reason i want no rest for the wicked is just for the fact i need a game to play while waiting for stellar balde


In addition to those, I've been exploring Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, though I'm just waiting on story updates now. LightYear Frontiers caught my attention recently too. While I've glanced at the 2024 roadmap for WoW, I'm more of a retail player myself, preferring straightforward gameplay. Classic SoD is alright, but it can be a bit slow-paced for my liking. Content Warning is another new game I've tried out, similar to Lethal Company but with a twist – you're a cameraman making videos.

I revisited Cod MW3 2023 recently; the campaign was alright, but the real fun lies in the zombie and multiplayer modes.

I'm looking for games with a plug-and-play experience, minimal learning curve, and active multiplayer communities. Single-player games are okay too, as long as they're short and straightforward.

I'm also eagerly anticipating upcoming releases like Wuthering Waves, which I played during the beta and found incredibly fun. Warship Jolly Roger, based on a book, has piqued my interest, and Once Human, with its Death Stranding-esque survival MMO gameplay and well has just another beta already so its fun.

Platforms I play on include PC (though not as frequently lately), PS5 (sold my PS4 in anticipation of GTA 6's exclusive release), and the Switch.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

im playing torchlight 2 again while i wait, an oldie but a goodie....
