how to get this one hand weapon rune!

am a fire sword player... in any game there is...
I notice there is an rune that you throw your sword in fire condition and get it back
making it hit the enemies 2times
am not talking about the 2 hand sowrd... am talking about the one hand sword...

so, where/how to get that rune?

the climbing pick(think thats the name) has the rune fire throw, sends weapon out spinning on fire, and then it comes back. You can extract that skill and put it on any other 1 handed weapon. or just use the Climbing Pick and customize that.

If you want a certain rune, if you cannot buy it(as a weapon to extract) from whatever merchant, then you might get it as a drop. Then remember to extract it, and not sell it.
