You can find them in chests and at the general store. It is random though. The higher the area, the more likely it will drop.

I have over 60 hours and already finished all the content and have found 2 boar tusks in random chests, however if you upgrade the merchant next to the potion guy in Sacrament to level 3 he has those for sale from time to time. He usually has 2 for sale. They def need to increase drop rate for those. I assume these items related to later in game areas possible therefore the chance the get them so early is almost non existent. Yeah since some areas are closed we can only find these things in chests, digging or a one time thing in that store. There will be boars and stags later right? I hope so.

I believe boars and bears alike will be found in the later zones, but otherwise loot chests, break barrels, and you'll find some eventually. That and the general goods vendor, who restocks new stuff every 24hours, real life time. Those are the only methods to get stuff like boar tusks, bear pawns etc. Wolves, luckily spawn and are offered in the daily bounties and challenges to slay them, so it makes them spawn the for the quests.

Once you hit the end of this EA though, a few wolves will have permanent spawn points in the shallows on the beach and sometimes in the Orban Glades. On a side note, I've literally found 1 bear paw in every one of my Crucible runs, which is great since they're needed for upgrading them sweet melee weapons.

Yup, and stags are already available, in Orban Glades, be it rare. I only see 2-3 of them and it's like every 4-5 in game days, otherwise it's usually just sirens, plague rats, or boarmen.

After finally finding two for my weapon.
I now have 6 in my house.....thats RNG for you! 🤣
