Honestly, I wouldn’t put any points in stamina. Let your gear do it for you. I’m a 2h user, and even with excess stamina, my character still pauses after a full combo.
As far as health, it depends on your class. If you’re a caster you don’t need to put any points in health. If you’re going for melee, you will want a mix of equip load, str, and health.
My stats are 32 hp, 42 str, 43 equip load. It allows me to medium roll, in full plate, and a 2h. Take very little damage when, trading with enemies. Echo Knight does 20 damage, tops.
