Finley not spawning

It's past 8am east coast time and I can't find Finley. Checked where he's freed and his Sacrament location

Ok so I complained about this too. I did the following: It looks like it has to be INGAME AND IRL time. So change PC clock one week later to may 4th 8.30am and wait for ingame time between 8am-midnight and go look for him in Sacrament. He showed up for me now. I also logged off and ended Steam and changed PC clock one week later same time and then he has different items in the shop. So you can basically just change PC clock several times restart end he has new items every time. STLL no Katana but I will get it eventually lvl 3 I hope.

Really? All this for him to show up, jesus and i thought the whole parkour was annoying enough hehehe, talk about gratitute you free the guy from a cage in a abandoned prison quarry and this is the thx you get.

So we can essentially do what we did with, Animal Crossing, and manipulate his spawns? Thanks for the info.

I have never played AC so dunno. But it works here. You can probably also just buy stuff from Finley and go back to 1 save before to reload him, I am not trying it though because I lost items in my inventory and house going back to 1 save before on the main Realm.

for me he appeared at 9am and at 16pm he was still there
