How much of the game is out currently, are we talking "act 1" or what?

Yes act 1. Unfortunately for how good it is lol. Some say 15 hour others say 25 hours idk depend on your playstyle and pace i guess.

I maxed everything items, building etc and doing crucible now a dungeon and took 43 hours so far :) yeah it depends on who plays the game. I love grinding so I can do samething again and again without getting bored. Seems I am not done yet. They say dungeon boss drops set items so gonna farm him for hours.

Nice lucky you lol. I cant do anything since my main character got deleted and i have the bug that everytime i create a character it deletes it but saves the realm. Wish i could do the same lol

No Rest for the Wicked upon EA release got 2 semi-open areas to explore--The Shore and Nameless Pass, 1 underground areas called Black Trench and Cerim Crucible, which is set of small maps in random order populated by tough enemies and boss at the end. Crucible is currently considered end-game, however, you can and should farm those semi-open areas as they get transformed to end-game level as well. This way you can find materials needed for upgrades that you can not otherwise get as they drop from enemies currently not available.
I got to end-game, ie. finish story missions available in EA, around 32 hours.

Finished in 18 for me, did not max all the buildings though, it requires a bit of grind.
