Remove all timers, remove inventory restrictions, remove stack limits.
Stop wasting my time.

Please give me an example where the current world building in NRftW kneecaps gameplay? Not once did I feel like I was restricted in playing the game because of some timer. There was always something else to do and the amount of content will only improve as we inch closer to 1.0. No blueprint, mat or consumable is so important to stop progression.

Why not add the other bull-sh-it people like you want? No Stamina, more loot, more affixes, no parrying because it sucks, just more Diablo crap.
I love it when dumbasses take pride in having their time wasted. You couldn't come up with anything to rebut so you took what I said to the absurd extreme instead. Try again.

Ive seen to hit the nerve people, another murder hobo, go back to D4 to hunt those shinnies, talk about wasting time.

What exactly in d4 is time wasting?

Exactly my point, as i think a game where you run around mowing huge mobs of enemies just to get the best gear possible is time wasting, some people dont and have fun doing that.
I for one love a rpg with a good story, dialogues and good NPCs, combat comes after all this, so trying to change a game thats clearly not your kind of ARPG, is not okay in my book, you can play Last Epoch, Diablo 4 or PoE, thats more a murder hobo munchkin kind of game.
I bet this people complaining about the building mechanics and lack of fast travel anywhere have all skipped the dialogues and cutscenes and couldnt care less about the story.

Ok, a few problems you not liking diablos combat and loot based progression is fine, (nrftw has a loot grind as well just saying), everything feels like a waste of time that when you don't enjoy it. Nothing to do with design problems just personal preference.

This I don't understand, these are perfectly valid preferences for how you like games, yet they have nothing to do with the topic at hand. If all of OPs suggestion's where implemented literally none of these are affected.

Then you go on some weird rant against people who like certain arpgs, suggesting they want to turn this game into one of those eventhough no one suggested that. Help us out, tell us what what building timers are adding to the game, tell us how last epoch would benefit from it.

new realm -> get checkpoint to the west -> kill first boss (1) -> get twin bounty -> recall to last whisper -> kill twins (2) -> back to town -> turnin/get war room bounty -> kill war room (3) -> turn in.

inventory is not restrictive, just sell the extras, spend a bit of silver and copper on a house and stuff them full of chests, etc.

at that point you're not getting more loot than you can store
Wow you really got it all map out huh? maybe we all should do what you do, ♥♥♥♥ exploring lets just look up guides for every thing, thing you don't need so sell it? Why hoard thing that you can craft later right? just hit thing bro, crafting optional.

You dont see this because you didnt read all the threads about these minor changes in the game, all they want is to go fast, they think everything is a waste of time, they complaint about stamina too, some wanted parry to not exist and so on.

And i do like Diablo, well not the newer ones like immortal or the 4th, i even bought Diablo 2 ressurrected, Grim dawn is better though.

My point is i dont go on the Diablo forum to try to strip the very things that make that game enjoyable for the fans, same here, this game is trying to make a diferent arpg, with some building, some survival elements, a little of everything so to speak, even the combat is kind of soulslike, so what about everyone who bought this EA exactly because of those diferences?

You know that timers will not help with Diablo 4 right? Thats the whole point i dont go on their foruns saying: "You know what, i think the devs should implement timers on this game".
And the timers here have a purpose, they give weight to your choices, will you upgrade the smith first if you are building a mage? Or will you upgrade the enchanter?

Why would i assume the op agrees with all the other threads asking for changes? I'm going to to assume he only wants what said he wants.

Also nobody bought this game becuase it had timers, because it was never advertised as having them and seems like a weird thing to assume would be in it. think I can say with some confidence if this game didn't have timers, it wouldn't occur to anyone to ask for them not even you.

Personally I think the attempt at depth- "choose your next upgrade carefully" is a bit too flawed, under scrutiny it feels braindead. Instead of giving value to my resources and descisions, it just draws my attention to the limited inventory and stack sizes, how little resources you get per node and how long it takes for the building to complete on top of that. That's why it feels like a waiste of time for so many people, bare in mind this game was never advertised as a survival game either.

You just lack the patience like they do, you feel frustrated because you cannot get that now so you think the game mechanic is stupid, instead of just seeing it for what it is, progression is not always instantaneous.
Theres zero survival elements in the game, you dont starve, you have no thirst either, no worries about getting cold or hot like Outward had, not even sleep deprivation.
It seens everything is a waste of time if you are not killing or looting.
ste cheese Jun 16, 2024 @ 7:01am
I think it's stupid because it is stupid. progression in games should involve grind, interactability or mangement once the timer starts that's gone.

Alot of guys to block in this thread i see, my goodness the amount of teenager energy in here. Luckily the devs arent listening to these kids who want instant gradification these days.

i think the Real time for items for stuff is just padding its not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minecraft or v rising or those building craftier survival crap, from my point of view it's a story driven game ,upgrading inventory fine you get rewarded for killing tough enemy, that doesn't mean i have to grind for bs limited time consuming bs items for it, you want items kill enemies whatever on the way, it makes me go out of my way to do silly ♥♥♥♥ like that if i want something , if they wont fix it , i will use a trainer thank you very much, i aint gonna spend 30 hours grinding for artificial ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or open different realms for some qol , like they did in metal gear 5 stupid ass idea , whoever came up with it should be fired , anyway if they gonna keep including that ♥♥♥♥ i will use cheats to skip this padding crap upgrades for the sake of upgrades crap

The achievement of waiting 4 hours unlocks the wait more hours perk. When did timegating became a good thing I missed it.

its non issue realy in the end. you know you can reconstruct all stores at same time 1 hour for lvl 2 and 4 hours for lvl 3 , however grinding dozens of clay and trunks for this action alone is kinda timeconsuming
