Ellsworth cutscene wont trigger

after defeating the twins and heading back to sacrament the ellsworth cut scene did not trigger once arriving to the town square. i went back to main menu just to have to trade in my ichor to the watcher and going to the town square again with no success. i cant acess the quest to unlock to crucible. ia lso talked to ellsworth whose in the tower but nothing happened.

yeah i interacted with the stone and Seline called me a looser. After that i fast traveled to the town and traded in my ichor. after that nothing happened so im softlocked out of end game missions like crucible. i went to the link you provided but ill be honest and say i dont understand how to grab the logs and such from the game.

This is happening to me on latest Breach patch. The Ellsworth speech will not trigger when going back to town square after killing the twin boss and talking to Madrigal. The quest completed, but no speech triggered. Anyone else having this issue with new Breach patch?
