I really do despise these types of advertising where they want you to sign in to different websites, at least it isn't some exclusive cosmetics or something you can't already get in the game.

Man I hate that I find out about this game... and realize that the Twitch campaign was only 4 days long and I'm a week late to the party. Will these be made available later?

oof yeah this way of promoting the games sucks. I'm really not a fan of linking accounts and I shouldn't have to have the game spoilt for me just to grab a few in-game items. Thankfully they are usually basic stuff you can find later in-game.

I'd prefer them to just have an on-screen code, that way even people like @burdpal could redeem and get the stuff. especially when the game isn't out.

I was able to get these drops in time, but I do hope they run this particular event again as a) it's frustrating to miss out and b) I can see how this came as a surprise to many (and was easily missed) since the game wasn't actually released yet.

Devs are going for all of the possible horrid practices people generally hate:
- give demo to streamers but not paying customers? check
- fomo twitch drops? check
- early access? check
- vague road map? check

Damn, thanks for posting this, even though this is almost 2 weeks old and I only noticed it now... seeing how Moon handled the Ori games quite well, I wasn't expecting them to stoop to this level so quickly. When you start giving away in-game items for out-of-game actions, I worry that it's only a matter of time before they start selling microtransactions too, especially since the items in that Twitch drop seem like something other games could easily monetize in an in-game item shop.

Oh this is one of my big no-no's, I hate Twitch drops cause I don't want to watch Twitch.

I also don't like watching pre-release of games on Youtube cause I tend to get too hyped up and watch all episodes and then the game releases and I already know all of it and so I won't enjoy the game.....and I never learn but still watch them, atmo I've been following Retromation playing the Goblin game that I was super hyped about but have now lost all interest in playing =/

For people who don't like watching Twitch (I don't either because I don't want my game/story experience spoiled) but still want the drops, this can be accomplished by loading the stream in your browser and then muting the browser in your Window's Volume Mixer. I believe muting the tab in the browser may also work, but I'm not sure, I always do it through the mixer. You can't mute it using the Twitch UI though or it will not count as a viewing. I usually just have it going in the background and only check back after the required amount of time has passed to collect the reward.

It's unlikely Twitch drops are going to go away anytime soon so it's either that or missing out.
