Stuck in Act 3 help please x.x

Hi, I'm stuck on Act 3. In The Gorged Dunes area.

I have the missions:
Mycellian Remmants (I already put the 4 totems and went down to the trap rooms)
Sand and Water

I just got the "Knotted Stave" weapon but I don't understand where I should continue. I've been going around in circles for 1 hour. I found a purple wall blocking the way

You need to destroy the three shrines. The quest the Mystic gave you when you first entered the area.

I have already destroyed the 3 shrines but the purple portal is not broken. That's the problem, I think I have a bug.

Yes, but it only opens the store.

Can I send them my .save file so they can fix this error in my save file? I have to do a coverage for YouTube and I have had this problem since before the game was released x.x

IIRC there should be a path leading down into the cave below you, if you just go back up the stairs. It will lead you back to where you first entered the area that you just went through. Go through the door, that leads back to the camp, and you should be able to progress.

I have already done it and the mission is not updated, the npc only sells me items.

Caught the same issue. Destroyed shrines, quest complete, the barriers are in place :(
