First Transcension timing?

I'm about to go into AL6 for the first time now that all AL5 trials are completed
Or I could get a few Transcension points
I don't think x8 AL1 points would give me a significant boost in progress
So the question is then when do you transcend for the first time?

If I recall correctly, the general consensus on the Discord is that the first transcension is generally best to do for 2 transcension upgrades (x4), after you've completed the AL5 trials milestone.

Because the transcension AP gain bonus works on the base AP gain, prior to the scaling formula, the effect is stronger than you might expect

I Transcended at 1TP, and it was a bad decision. It took me about a month to rebuild. I was missing one of the AL5 trials, so that hurt my recovery time also. Definitely wait for at least 3TP, so you can get 2 upgrades.
