Cant place Wood Pile

For some reason im not able to place wood pile. I have the building level and also unlocked the skill but it still says i have reached the limit.

you need to place it on a collection point (lumber) ,sadly devs really need to work on the tool tip descriptions the translations on alot of them translate horribly from Chinese to English or if not the devs then the localization company they used really needs to up there game (pun intended)
