what or how do you get guild resources to be able to sell them at your guild boundary marker in a pve server?

You can throw must stuff you collect in there to sell, rocks, branches, ore etc.

There is a tab - button in the top right when looking at the open boundary marker screen.
You can sell 'raw' resources I think. Some items you might imagine are 'raw' don't qualify but many do.
You can sell a limited number and value of items per day and I think that limit can be raised via guild skills.

I can´t see any tab button... however, it seems that the window is cut off at the right side (standard resolution -1920 x 1080), as there is some text missing: Unspent Mon???

As far as I understand there are no guild resources specifically that you can sell on a marker. There's just two kinds of limits for what you can sell, personal amount and what your guild can sell collectively. Both personal and guild amounts are limited by number of items you can sell daily and by the amount of money you can sell your resources daily.
