Discord help

I hosted a private game but when i try to talk with friends on our private discord they cant hear me while im in the game. I cant figure out figure out whats wrong or if the game just blocks discord?

If your friend can hear or speak but you can't... Then you are having issues with discord, pc or internet settings...

I can hear them but they cant hear me, like my push to talk is locked out. Rebind the key to something else but when i press it in game it doesnt work. I dont hear my mic come on

It might be like the mouse macro thing, try running discord as admin and see if that helps. The game seems to lock out external program keys unless you run that external program as admin.

this happens in games lately with discord, close both applications, run discord as admin first then myth of empires.
