How do i Build the Guild Tech Mine???
What exactly do i have to do? I got all the Materials, i cleared a Collector Point but all it does is spawn in some Chests, it does not let me Build any kind of Mine, Grannary or anything.

Once you build the thing, put a worker on it (just like any crafting table), and food. That's how our mine works at the "collection" spot on the map. Way better than the personal mine, but otherwise works the same. Did you build on an actual "mine", though? (E.g. "copper mine") Is that a thing? I cleared one but wasn't sure what to do with it.

But HOW to build guild mine?

Unlock from guild tech tree. Find a "collection" spot on the map. Kill the NPCs. There's an icon marking the build location. Put the resources in, then double click to build it. (The double click got me. Nothing else builds like that. I double clicked out of frustration and it built.)

Not sure if you can also build at the "mine" locations somehow.

Each of those collection spots handles a different type of guild structure: grain, wood, or mine.

Downside is they seem to be indefensible. Can't even put a personal claim on it. The one we have just happens to be in range of our guild towers, though. Upside is we have one mine for 10 people and it's more resources than we have a use for. Telling my guys to start using iron ranged ammo just to clear some of it out.

Yeah i tried all that, because Internet and Youtube Videos says thats how it works.... However these Spots are only Full of Chests, which can be Moved but only 1 by 1.... Taking them Up the Game tells me "Bring them to a Merchant for a Reward" but it never lets me Build any Kind of Structure there.... I can Build the Shack for the Field, but i dont get the same Option for the Collector Points.

As I read in somewhere on this forum you can build those things only on PvP server, I do not know why devs does it and why they do not warn you that this can be built only on PvP, but it seams that is how it is.

Thats Fine if this is how it is, and these Spawning Chests seem to be some Kind of "Compensation"/"Exchange" for not beeing able to build them(even thou i dont understand why either) but nobody seems to know how this Works.... Where to Bring the Chests, what you get from them.

You take chests to merchants and they give you resources from collection point, for example if you take chests from lumber yard you will get wood and so on.
The only problem is that you can load only 2 chests on a vagon so basically as it is those collection points on PvE servers kinda useless you can gather more resources in the same time by simply chopping those trees.

And to which Merchants i bring them?
Is there someone in the Neutral Camp? I never saw one there asking for this Chests?

Also can i only load them on the Wagon? Or is the Cart also useable for that?

Unfortunately, a lot of these mechanics are most often (poorly) described in two, three year old videos. An strong argument in favour of text based (searchable) over video content.
Poor English localization doesn't help with trying to find stuff either as names for some things have changed as well and often are very generic machine translation to English to start with.

It's really a major hurdle to the game I think.

Ohhh. Meanwhile I'm on pvp and saw those neutral camp vendors wanting items and I had no idea where they come from. I guess that's the pve side!

You're probably referring to the merchant trade items. Essentially, the neutral camps have a merchant that will sell items that another merchant will buy for more than you bought the items for. Merchant A sells items merchant B buys. Merchant B sells items for merchants C. C to D. D to E. So on, so forth until the last merchant, which goes back to A. It's a large circular trade route for making copper through simply traveling long distances. You're the delivery boy, if you will. And merchants tip good!
