Question about PVP Server

Are they like Openworld PVP? Everyone vs Everyone at Everytime in Every Area?
Or is PVP Zone Restricted? How about Bases? Can everyone Rush/Attack them Every Time?
Or how does that Work

There are travel camps scattered through out the map, I think those ones have small bubble protection. If they don't anymore maybe they did at one time, I can't recall.

Otherwise the entire map is full 100% open, full 100% loot, player and bases alike. Player bases can purchase immune timers in their upkeep to keep their base safe when offline provided the expense is paid.
