How craft and setup Guild Basic Mine/Lumberyard on Collect Field?

Single PVE server or offline player mode. Any harvest field that I go to to build a mine or lumberyard writes to me: Time until next item refresh: 13:46:03. What will happen after 13 hours and for how long will the window for construction open? Shouldn't this always be available?

The developers have removed this option, now loot just spawns, PvP is turned on, mobs come in, the loot that spawns is returned to the store, and you get resources for it

Just set your game to PVP, sounds silly but works. If playing with friends set Friendly fire to 0

damn, learning experience was wasted. why is this not stated anywhere in description and there is no information on the wiki. ><
