Unable to Use gold token marketplace

Since the update I have not been able to use the gold token martketplace? When I attempt to use it I receive a message saying my level is not high enough to use it. Mind you I have used it plenty of times before the patch and I am currently level 54

So what does this mean exactly? can we get some numbers pertaining to the exact level requirements etc??

So how about some specifics hear. I have friends that are lower level and able to use the gold market. I have leveled 6 times and maxed two proficiency since the change and still cant use it. I understand dealing with fraud issues but you really need to let us know what we need to do to access the market.

I haven't been able to access the gold market since I started playing the game I'm currently level 55. I guess I should be thankful as the dev team has saved me from spending thousands.

I have read somewhere that player must be lvl 60 to use the gold market. Will update once I ding 60 if that's the case.
