Destroying building parts needs to return a minimum of 50% of resources used to make it.
For the love of god, at least give me back half.
Trying to place parts doesn't always go right so in order to fix you have to burn it, that is poor design that can be improved.
Please for the love of god allow for a move or relocate on things like the kiln, the carpenters bench etc. Please don't make us destroy it and rebuild and waste all those resources because I want the damn Kiln 6 inchs to the left.
The game is awesome.
Repair... It's a nice feature but it isn't repair
It really means remake.
It should not cost the same resources to repair something as it does to make it in the first place.
Please reduce the cost to repair. As it is now, why use it. Just wait for you tool to break and make another one to maximize the efficiency off resource use.
Please make repair meaningful.
2 points:
- Balance the repair costs, it's very expensive, it doesn't pay.
- Decreases the size of some buildings, some take up a lot of space unnecessarily.
Ex: Stables and Deer Farm
Then the workbench protrudes laterally over the foundation, for example, and I cannot even set a foundation because the construction area is displayed as blocked! Very very annoying. Especially when you hardly get any raw materials back.
I also don't understand the principle that objects that should fit into an area cannot be placed.
Example: The "millstone" has quite loose space on 2 small foundations. It is always displayed, construction area is blocked - nothing is blocking it!
The kiln for burning clay cannot be placed on 2x2 foundations. Construction area blocked. So I build 2 more foundations only to see at the end that almost 4 foundations are unused!
It would also be nice if you could move objects up and down. Snappoints can be switched off, but it's useless if I can't really place them freely.
Snappoint sometimes don't work properly either. I want to set a staircase; it will be displayed correctly when I place it. I then click E to place it, suddenly snaps it on the side or somewhere else, but not where it should. For 2 parts of the stairs, I had to build 15 stairs and tear them down .. the same thing happens with the roofs
The same goes for the small garden fences. There is an inside and an outside. But that doesn't snap properly either. The inside is shown to me, if I build the fence, it has set the outside, so the wrong way round. If I have to set every part of the fence 3-4 times until it finally sits properly, I can burst with rage.
The parts are automatically (incorrectly) rotated
Please insert an option that enables the status display of the items to be switched off. The display that explains the shelf life of the item or who it belongs to
Please also revise the German translation. It is sometimes so bad and wrong that it doesn't work at all. There terms are displayed with which you can not do anything.
"Lehmtor" should simply be called "Clay" - but the translation is "Claygate"
"Holzbrett" is a Spear called "Speer" - translation says Woodenboard
"Großes Holzfaß" must be "Big Wooden Wall" - your translation is Big Wooden Barrel.
"Kupfermine IV" should read "Kupfer" - simpe Copper
"Wein" is a "Seil" means rope - youre translation is Wine
etc....
i know the game is still in development, but please change this thinks :)
The Game is aweson and great
Thank you very much

I am having the same problem with stone mill keeps saying it is blocked although nothing is blocking it, cannot place it down. I totally agree you should be able to pick item back up into your inventory without the need of destroying them.
