Is it gone forever?

If so, can i refund it? I dont played it becouse i was waiting for archievents but then i realized that the shop page was removed, excuse me what the duck.

Im playing with xbox x official gamepad. Sometimes interacting with something like a door get you stuck and unable to move for a while like if the action was still being performed also exiting to the main scren in-game dont let you control the menu afterwards. There is no others languages support even if stated on the store page and there is a lack of ending after watching a VHS 5min in right now....
