Possible solutions to issues with launching the game:
- Make sure to download and install the latest graphics card drivers and C++ libraries (2015-2022).
- Make sure to run the game on a dedicated GPU (in case you have Integrated and Dedicated ones).
- Make sure none of your system files are corrupted (launch windows command line and run SFC /SCANNOW)

The demo is wonderful. Definetly gonna buy as soon as it's released. Great graphics; gameplay mechanics on both exploring and combat; nice introduction on what we can expect of the game.

My only issue is how Kao moves. I'ts good, but it can be better. I noticed how Kao doesn't "run", instead he does a slow run to then move itself, like it's on ice. The same happens on the double jump. You kinda slides Kao, making tight jumps a little bit off.

Camera control on mouse(+keyboard) is in desperate need of tweaking. The acceleration is too high and any slightly larger movement of your hand sends the camera spinning in circles.

Really liked the demo. There arent enough 3D platformers out there and I hope this fills the gap left over from the Spyro and Crash remasters

even with all the C++ libraries (why are the needed ones not installed as requirements like for every other Steam game) and the latest graphic cards driver
it performs rather poorly on my RTX 2080, i7 9700k, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM (3600 MhZ).

everything from 60-110 FPS on 1080p, it's not like the graphics are that groundbreaking, for what they are I should have stable 100+ FPS.

Had a brief look at the demo and it runs rather well, only bits of feedback I have currently are:

Sound mixing needs some tweaking, especially the menu ui sounds, even at a lower volume it's a bit painful to the ears

A lot of the bear traps towards the start of the level just don't work and you phase through them

Lip syncing seems to be a bit all over the place, with talking animations on a loop even when a character doesn't say anything

Boomerangs can be dropped on the floor and they just spin, you can stand on them and send yourself flying if you jump off

Game has potential and feels fun to play it's just mostly rough around the edges

There's a visible visual noise on some of the textures in the game

I believe it's due to the way the game tries to hide objects close to the camera.

Lip syncing needs some work, it's especially visible in Polish version.

Sound glitches, non-existent sounds for finishers or when dropping the hanging cages with a boomerang.

Game performance is a bit average given the visuals it offers. The applied antialiasing on ultra preset looks really bad.

Nie mogę nawet skończyć dema. Utknęłam na etapie fioletowej kamiennej bramki z puzzlami. Sprawdzałam nawet u innych czy wszystko dobrze zrobiłam a przejście wciąż nie może się otworzyć. Oprócz tego fajnie by było gdyby można było przywrócic sterowanie z pierwotnej wersji kao, tzn bez myszki, bo ciężko się przestawić

Loved the demo, with only a few minor issues. The camera needs to be improved, it feels wonky now. Also, barrels do not always break physically when they are broken.

Gry nie zdążyłem to końca przejść ale no, powiem to co mi się nie spodobało :sheephappy:

1. Kamera na myszcze jest bardzo dziwna.
2. Nie które pułapki nie działają
3. Usuńcie, powtarzam USUŃCIE KRĘCENIE SIĘ TEGO BUMERANGU GDY SIĘ GO OPUŚCI BO MOŻNA DOSŁOWNIE PRZENIKAĆ PRZEZ ŚCIANY/MODELE JAK SIĘ PO KOMBINUJE, no i czasami wywala o 3 metry dalej
4. Brakuje mi bardzo ustawień wideo który mogę wybierać co i jak

No cóż. Gra działa, pułapki przenikają przez kangurka i nie reagują na jego obecność.

Dialogi są... oh boy... nie jest dobrze. Walka jest jak na razie ciągłym naciskaniem jednego przycisku i nie wymagają zbytnio uwagi od gracza. Graficznie jest nie najgorzej ale nie zawsze gra sugeruje która woda jest bezpieczna dla biegania po dnie a która szkodliwa. Sterowanie wydaje się mało płynne na dzisiejsze standardy.

mouse sensibility is too high even in the lowest setting.
Kao doesn't speak in some real-time dialogues.
Some jump-able locations have invisible walls.

played the demo 3 times ! its very fun and heading in the right direction, but it has a few issues that need be fixed. The hit detection is very bad on some of the bear traps, they don't hurt me and I can just phase right though them. Also I just phased though the wall (the one where you had to roll under) other then that the game is amazing and im looking forward to the full game.

Issues I had while playing:
- Mouse feel too sensitive
- Camera is too loose, it feels floaty
- At one point in the game, after the first bear trap or so, none of the other bear traps registered that I was touching them. At some point they started working again
- Optimization could be better

Minor issues I had:
- I think there were a few graphical issues, I could be wrong. When I dropped the bag of stuff from the ceiling, there was no debris and it just despawned. Again though, this could be intentional.
- There was this one hut that had an invisible wall around it, and while it didn't softlock me or anything, I was just confused about why it was there.

Besides that, I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to see the final game!
