That would be fun, but might be hard to implement. It would also create huge differences between solo play, and well-populated permanent servers.
I meant in terms of physical buildings, vendors, and worksites. Construction sites will always stay the same, no matter how populated an individual server is.
What the other guy was proposing was that if a construction site was brought enough materials, it would change into something else, like an apartment building, offices, or brand new vendors.
