Company NPC's won't load cargo.

Hello, I have this problem that I cannot solve.
I've been manually hauling containers from Overseas imports to Three water Company. From then the 3water will break down the containers into pallets with bootles.
assigned other 2 trucks for taking these bootles pallets around Jeju. (working always fully loaded)
However just took a loan to get a truck and trailer setup to haul these containers down to 3water company do it for me so I can focus on taxi missions. Assigned it to company and to a route between Overseas imports to 3 water, but the NPC simply doesn't care, it won't load the container or unload the container even If i load it myself and assign the NPC to it later.

Are the assigned company vehicles in poor condition? they will stop running if they are . there should be a wrench icon with a bar next to it... we need to repair company vehicles every so often.

I personally do not do company vehicle because the profit is not that great.

Yeah its all brand new. It stops by the OSI and then keeps going like there was nothing to load but I keep checking and there is always a few 40ft and one or two 20ft containers for 3water company.

I know the income isn't satisfying but at least its passive haha

NPC drivers aren't designed to make you money. You use them for town bonuses which nets you up to 30% extra cash from any job in that town.
