Can´t start the game SOLVED!!
Hi everyone!

I just bought the game and after installing it I try to lauch it and it won´t let me play.
After further inspection I am getting two errors, xinput1_3-dll missing and resample demo dll missing.
Ive just checked and I have a fully operational Direct X package installed.
My PC is brand new and a good one I would say.
I don´t know what can I do.
Has anyone encountered the same issue?
Many thanks in advance!!

The problem has been finally solved. For anyone having the same issue or wondering what happened, it was related to Windows 11. The version o w11 I was running was the N one. A friend helped me installing a version o W11 pro and I have been able to start the game without further issues. Thanks everyone for the comments and help. Kind regards!

I would try verifying your files first. right click game in libray>properties> installed files> verify files

they maybe uninstall and re-install - if you had the demo 1st i would uninstall that as well

1. Post your computer specs?
2. Let steam check the game files.
Thank you guys! All the files have been verified a couple times already...:(
AMD Radeon 7900XT
5600x
32 gb ram

Didnt have the demo installed before
I tried unistalling it but it doesnt work

The game must run on your computer it's way above recomended stats. So something else must be wrong.
1. Update the GPU drivers or if the computer is new maybe they never have been installed in the first place.
https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/desktops/radeon/7000-series/amd-radeon-rx-7900xt.html
2. Although it sounds weird but did you connect your monitor to the GPU or to the mainboard? Would not be the first time on steam forums somone did this...

Thanks for your help!
The monitor is connected to the GPU
I would try to update teh drivers but on the AMD app it shows that they are up to date.
Don't know what else could I try...

that xinput one is either referring to a mouse or a controller(i think its mouse).
There are some basic things you can do ...

(Ignore everything you've done from the following list.)

1.) Make sure your Windows is up to date
2.) IMPORTANT ... Deactivate the automatic driver updates in Windows
3.) Re-install all the (newest) drivers for your main board and GPU
4.) Use Display Driver Uninstaller before installing the latest GPU driver
https://www.wagnardsoft.com/display-driver-uninstaller-DDU-
5.) Make sure that the following software / libraries are up to date
• Microsoft Dot Net Framework
• C+ / C++ / C#
• Python
6.) Verify your game files via Steam

You should also update your Steamwork's Common Redistributables.

• Open your Steam settings and manouver to "Storage"
• Search for "Steamwork's Common Redistributables"
• Update them and set them up for automatic updating
• Shut down Steam
• Run and login to Steam again

Good luck and drive safe.

Thanks! I am using an Xbox One controller and a regular plain Logitech mouse and Trust Keyboard. All of the are connected via usb dongle, except for the xbox one controller that is connected via bluethooth.
Ive just tried unpluggin both of them and no luck
Maybe i can try buying a new mouse...
