Wrecker jobs to rescue flipped vehicles

Is there a way to flip a vehicle back on its wheels without damaging it? I don't know if I'm doing serious damage just using the winch to flip the car, which often involves a lot of sliding, or the tow vehicle was damaged when I got there. Is there some trick to getting them upright safely?

Technically no, it will always be damaged since the vehicle gets damaged when moved and you have to move it to flip it back on its wheels.

The best way I found is to park next to the vehicle with the brute or preferably the rotator if you have access to that, then use the crane at the bottom part of the vehicle to winch it straight up right onto it's wheels. No sliding involved in that and I've had most of the jobs end up with 0% damage. With big semi's it becomes harder to get low damage but it's still possible especially with the rotator, put crane winches on both sides of the vehicle, reel in the winches so the semi is lifted on the ground just barely, then tilt the crane straight up and it will flip the entire thing on it's wheels with no damage if all goes well. That said, it's not always possible, especially on rough terrain.

I use a boom winch above the wreck from the tire side if possible. Pull it up 45 degrees or so, then 4L-Lock drive forward real slow to plop it back onto it's wheels.
