Does wreckers jobs respawn?

Hi guys,

does wreckers jobs re-spawn?

I do have the small newbie small old tow truck, but seems like most of the wrekers jobs are for bigger truck. I thought that some small cars wreck jobs would spawn from time to time for me to pickup, but it seems not.

Am I missing something? I know that I could upgrade to bigger towing but I guess the issue would be the same at some point, job not respawning?

Yes, wrecker jobs respawn. The 2 main spots you can rely on for them are the ports. Otherwise you have to rely on the random spawn locations scattered around the map.
