Can't access ambulance

I wanted to try out an ambulance but I am told you have to be level 2 to enter it. How can I reach level 2 without driving it?

You need: Driver 10 / Taxi 10 / Racer 2

To get racing levels you can do laps on a racetrack for time, race against players, or do getaway driver missions (blue thief icon above the car).

The Ansan race track gives some of -if not the the best xp, a single lap will get you 1/3d of a level up for Racing skill.
