Top gear top tip:
If you just need a few more levels quick-ish, get a car that can go fast BUT also doesn't run out of gas in 2.1 seconds.
Then drive up and down the bridge highway at 200km/h.
Repair and refuel at the speedway when needed.
Driver level increase every 3-5 minutes.
The wiki says you get a level every 10 km driven. This is the best way I could think of to destroy 10 km over and over quick and it seems to work. It's not super fast and it's much more fun to gain levels during regular play. I wouldn't recommend grinding this for hours, but if you need just a few levels to a milestone, this seems to be the way to optimize the grind.
I wouldn't play like this but I just leveled Towing to 50 and I'm just a few driver levels short. I wanna drive that big boi.
