[GUIDE] Late Game High Risk High Reward Challenge: Building a Coal Hauling Empire
You will need some investment capital to start this adventure. I'd recommend at least $250k.

First, buy a Jemusi semi and dump trailer from the base of the logging camp trail on the south island (just down the road from the first gas station). I believe this will cost $180k but you'll want a bit more for the upgrades. Take it to the tuning shop on the raceway island and equip it with the most powerful engine, a turbo, long intake, switch FDL to 4.11 and some upgraded brakes cant hurt along with the best winch you have access to.

Set your marker for the mine pit in the southeast of the map. Once you get to the more rugged part of the trail switch into 6L. There's some difficult climbs so for the steeper hills try to build up some speed (around 25mph) to get up them. If you aren't going to make it try to get your parking brake locked and use your winch to pull yourself up. Once you get to the mine load up 10 tons of coal for Dasa Harbor. It's a little harder to get back down the trail with a full load but that's the fun of it. Once you make it back onto asphalt and drive over to the harbor you'll make around $160-200k (depending on price fluctuation). It's not the biggest money maker but it's one of the most fun IMO due to the challenge of navigating the terrain up to the mine.

Due to how dark the trail gets at night you can also hit up the tow truck dealer in the northeast of the north island or the luxury car dealership in the south of the north island to get some lights. I'd recommend a lightbar or 2 front facing and linked to your highbeams and a lightbar side facing linked to your interior light (since you'll really only need them offroad)

As your pockets get fat from your coal profits the next step to increase your haul from 10tons per trip to 14tons per trip will require another few hundred thousand investment but go to the trailer dealership on the southeast part of the north island and buy a lomax vehicle hauler. Then go to the truck dealer on the west side of the north island and get 2 all in one Jemusi dump trucks. Upgrade each one the same as you did the semi and they should fit perfectly on the lomax trailer although the back ramp will have to be angled out just a little bit. Drive your truck hauler to the base of the trail, then drive each dumptruck up to the mine and back and load them back onto the trailer, drive the semi hauling the trucks to the harbor and unload them.

Congrats! You're now the King of Coal!

You can load two dumpys onto the lowmax, then attach a jemusi semi with a 2nd lomax with 2 dumpys on it to haul 40 units at once for most of the journey without compromising performance too much. Just remember to have the jemusi in neutral/handbrake off, and pulled tight against the back of the lead trailer.

When you are ready to actually deliver the coal, you can switch to a MP server to deliver it which will prevent the value of coal on your singleplayer game from lowering, too.
I tried a coal run for the first time tonight and just about uninstalled the game. That coal run is just silly. I'll stick to Santa runs for grinding coin.

How does this work? Job pay can lower while the job is taken unless you're in a MP server? Or is this before you even load the coal?
