what jobs are there?

i can't seem to find a reliable site online.

From the top of my head

Cargo truck driver (various cargo, containers, pellets, dump trucks, liquids like oil and fuel, logs and much more)
Garbage collecting
Taxi driver (laid back or urgent with time limit optional)
Ambulance driver
Police patrolling and chasing down suspects
Getaway car driver
Racing (vs players and time trials)
Bus driving
Towing (normal car towing, truck towing, accident retrieval with cranes and winches, car transport on truck bed)

All of them have multiple vehicles except garbage truck driver and ambulance.

For example cargo truck driving goes from big semi driving to construction cement and dump truck driving to offroad logging to a small minivan delivering carrots to farms.

Same with busses, you can pick a route that goes cross country or a simple downtown loop.

One thing to note is that jobs have been getting updates over time to increase their complexity. For example the towing job got accident retrieval added with cranes and bigger rescue trucks, and police can now deploy spike strips during a chase. So surely there will be more updates to jobs to come :)

edit: I forgot you can also do pizza delivery on a moped, and you can also become a limo driver.
