Fix lateral G's for comfort.
The comfort requirement for lateral G-force is too strong. I cant make a 90 degree turn at speeds above 20km/h which is just dumb. The gas and breaking seem good, but its impossible to do comfort and urgent people perfectly. PLEASE increase the left and right G-force requirement for comfort, so we can turn at a normal speed. 20% more threshold for lateral G's seems fair.

Also, theres almost always twice as many fares that want comfort versus urgent. I think it would be much more fun and realistic if there were twice as many urgent fares instead of comfort.

I only got the game yesterday and this is probably the number one thing making me wanna take it back. Driving is just not that fun for me atm because of this. It also makes no sense that there are roads with 120 limit yet if you're doing 90 and go around the corners on those roads the vehicle starts sliding all over the place and you probably end up crashing for just following the road code.

I like the idea of this game but I really don't like the driving. I might refund it and get beamng instead.
skill issue for both in this thread just practice guys before you refund its not gta 5 dont expect gta car physics

also if you think this is bad and want to replace it with beamng you are being silly, beam is 5x harder than this game
it's not about hard. you're the one who brought up hard and started talking about skill issue. i find the game incredibly easy. it's just driving around and getting cash. you're just making up a narrative and running with it because you got defensive about something we both agreed on.
Nothing you said actually tackled anything I said at all. telling me don't refund, you're silly, skill issue, etc" is not very persuasive.
After about 20 hours I’d say the G indicator for comfort priority taxi missions is one of my favorites currently. Feels like it’s got a lot of depth for how universal a skill it forces the player to focus on with their driving style / setup goals.

(if you wanna don't like that type of taxi mission; disable the comfort job types in the taxi job menu when driving any taxi)

Mainly: Prioritize the comfort rating on the car info.

Crown Vic costs 20k in dealer at the north islands southern city and has a 4 star rating stock, I think.

Suspension will be your focus for tuning the car if you wanna make perfect runs more easily doable.

I put 50% suspension and dampers on the rear and 120% up front and can do just fine on g management.

Though I like drifting corners which if initiated / exited smoothly don’t trigger sideways g forces at all unless I’m driving with bad throttle / brake control or jerking the wheel or something.

I have 40 hours in this game, and a lot of that is taxi missions. I dont want to "just disable comfort missions" because it doesnt cause more missions to spawn, just hides the ones i dont want to do. Theres simply not enough urgent ones IMO.

As for the driving, this game has way less grip than games like gta, and im cool with that, it makes it fun. What is NOT fun, is staying in my own lane, at the speed limit, and having my passenger complain that im turning too hard.

Again i dont think its realistic that there are more "comfort" jobs than "urgent" jobs, and its a lot less fun. As for the comfort AND urgent jobs, they are very difficult to complete 100% because of the lateral G forces. (again im not saying to remove it, just increase the threshold like you did with forward G's. Maybe by just 15%-20%)

I could loosen my suspension and add more body roll like I did with my limo, but that will also reduce handling, which also effects my times.

I just want to have fun, and to me, driving fast is more fun than driving like my passengers are humpty dumpty.

At least make urgent fares AS common as comfort fares.
Even in a limo, with 80% strength springs, 120% strength dampers, +3cm suspension height, doing 60 in a 70km/h zone, using the entire road (including oncoming traffic lanes), I still loose comfort while turning.

Its turning what should be the most fun job, into the most tedious and frustrating one.

I honestly don't understand how this is supposed to work. Urgent + comfort fares are impossible to complete perfectly, or even close to perfect (depending on the roads).

And again my biggest complaint is that about 60% of the jobs are comfort, while about 25% are urgent.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE either increase the limit for G-forces while turning, or at the very least, increase the chance that urgent fares will spawn, and reduce the chance that comfort ones will spawn.

The comfort system is why I only do ambulance missions for the taxi role for now

are you sure your not building the car wrong?

In my limo i can huck corner at like 60-90 in gapa and have no issues.

I find this game incredibly easy until I run into one of the few parts of the game that requires some skill. Self report lmao
In my experience, the lateral G-forces aren't too bad. However, I have experienced the AI lose comfort points under braking a few times. Even in a limo, so there might be a case for a change there. A bit of a niche situation though.

You got that nail on the head with the first swing. At least BeamNG dev team appreciates mods and dont go full on "n.a.z.i" about them.
