Best career
I'm thinking about buying a tow truck to start a career. Is there a better career to pursue, like dump truck or cab driver ? Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

If you borrow a truck, like the tow truck next to the shop or the dump trucks at the construction site they will charge you a large commission for using a truck, but if you go to the dealership and rent the truck or car you will get charged a low rental rate every ten minutes, so you can keep more of the money you make.

I would test out a lot of different things before you figure out what you want to invest in. The smallest tow truck really isn't that great, and you will need a higher towing level to buy other tow trucks, so best to rent it, get your level up, save some money and try out the other trucks as you can.

As far as other things that make good money, some bus routes are okay and picking up garbage is profitable but tedious, try them out before you lock yourself into anything.

Thank you. That's good information.
If you mean for earning money I own a Tronko Box Truck. Has space for 10 pallets and I've put a ton of upgrades into it. What I like to do is the long delivery routes to Santa's cabin. I'll sit up there and check the priority delivery board for something like Corn, Carrots, Hemp, Beans etc that are a good distance away (most are about 9-10miles) and have a full load of 10 available and I'll go pick them up and bring them back. Good way to make $150k + for a nice long round trip drive and owning the truck means the only thing you have to pay is fuel which is like $1k ish to fill up per trip? Good way to make the kind of big money you need to buy and upgrade your own fleet of vehicles.

If you can't afford the tronko yet you can use any vehicle capable of carrying pallets. (pickup trucks, flatbeds, etc) and just keep in mind that you're getting $10k-$15k per pallet so the more you can haul the better.
Keep in mind that Santa's Cabin is a seasonal thing.

Have fun and drive safe. :letsgo:

Hauling logs from Migeum to Migeum Warehouse isn't bad if you choose the contract for 20 loads, you make 5 short trips for 216k contract money and 5 loads of 4 logs if you use the large log trailer coming in about 80-120k depending from which logging site you haul them.

I rented the most basic hauling truck in starting town to deliver vegetables until I could buy garbage truck. You could also take out a loan. Garbage collecting made me tons of money to get on my own feet, if you like the job. The job is longer than other jobs and takes more actions since you have to constantly get in and out of the vehicle, but it pays good as a result.
