Let me tell you a story I took 70K loan (which was the maximum). bought the the cheapest bus. I then upgraded the starting car. now I had 2k left with repayments of 1856. only to find out I need the license and now I cant afford the license for the bus. Had to do taxi jobs for a little while to reach 20k to buy that license. I asked the npc to drive it around and his first profit was 185 ToT. Don't be like me...
If you bought your bus from the Bus dealership it should have the license installed by default, maybe its different if your buying from a different location?
I bought the Van which is the cheapest "bus", which isn't a bus hence you need to buy it first XD.
So I couldn't remember buying the license on the van, So I just went and bought the van and it turns out that your right it doesn't come installed with it.
or can companies only do bus & trucking stuff? I did try to assign my dabo to the company, but it had the same issue of nothing happening when I handed it over to npcs..
Did you set up your Dabo with a truck route before handing it over?
idk how to do that.. when I click to choose trucking route it just shows me an empty page...
You'll need to create a route for the truck, unlike buses there are no predefined routes for the trucks, on the same screen where you can add vehicles there is a tab that says truck route, hit the little plus sign and pick some spots for your truck to go, pay attention to what the demand and supply of each spot is and you should be able to figure out a route from there.
Maybe some kind soul here can write up some better directions or point you to a guide that covers it better. I'm at work on my phone sorry.
The only things you can automate are produce deliveries, some tanker deliveries, bus routes (maybe coal, fuel, logging?, not sure). You can't automate towing/wrecker, garbage, police, or taxi.
