i just bought the cement mixer truck, and found the supplier on the map, but i cant find anyone who demands concrete? did i do something wrong?

The developer has extended the supply chain mechanic, so that to get a certain thing produced you need to supply multiple raw materials for it.

It's not that no one needs cement, it's that you need to bring the raw materials to the supplier for them to make the cement. The process works best when playing with others.
