If you like offroading and drive without auto shifting on, I can recommend coal runs with a Dumpy or Jemusi Semi. It's really fun once you know the trail and you make $180k per run. Plus once you're out of the offroad part you an autopilot the rest if you want.

deliver everything to the santa cabin, a little truck with a trailer can make 20k per run

For something stable. Some bus runs are also very profitable.

For vehicles, I'd recommend buying a semi tractor first if you have the skill and money for it - opens up a lot of jobs for you. Buy and upgrade a Titan or an FL1 if you'll be doing a lot of regular hauling, a Jemusi if you're going offroad. The Jemusi looks deceptively cheap, but be prepared to spend at least twice it's cost in upgrades to actually make it useful.

Do not spend money buying trailers right off the bat; it's handy to be able to customize them, but the borrowed ones work just fine and won't chew into your profits.

As for jobs, the current meta is Santa's Cabin I guess, but it's a lot of work if you don't already have the Toy Factory supply chain setup (crude oil -> oil -> plastic -> toys + the containers). But delivering toys and containers to the cabin pays a lot more than regular hauling jobs, and distributing presents can easily net you 200.000+ per trip with a large truck or semi.

Another option is doing contracts. I made a lot of money hauling 20 ft. logs from Migeum Logging 1 to the warehouse. It's a very short trip, can be done with a regular tractor (no offroad capabilities needed) and the contracts pay really well. Look for other contracts for bulk freight such as fuel as well.

Santa cabin is still going. I rented a semi and 40ft trailer and am making 100k/hr with autopilot easy.

For a simple, starting job, renting a garbage truck and collecting trash is easy. It's profitable, and a great way to learn the map. Once you've made a few runs, you can buy your own, and make around $80-90k per full load.

rent lobo in GAPA, take route to santa, + - 230 000 per run

doing trash runs is good money for the time... can make like 70-80k for 20min of work

You have to be careful with that because some of the present drop offs are at construction sites and the lobo will high center on the tiniest mound of dirt.
