"drive wrecker - pulio" quest
what does it mean to drive wrecker - pulio? I am not sure what that means, and I don't have any arrows on my map

I beleive it is the tow truck next to the taxi rank where you start. it MAY have been replaced with a dory wrecker

I restarted the game and now I had an arrow that I drove to and it was there, it was a pickup truck
