Tow Truck or semi first?

I've got the Rancho and Kira flatbed for doing small deliveries and am a bit over 100k wondering what my next purchase will be.

One is the Pulio tow truck (since I'm a LONG way from unlocking the Brutus) while the other is the FL1 cabover.

I've rented both and tried them. Both have some well paying missions, but at first glance the FL! seems more versatile for the variety of trailers it can tow while the Pulio struggles on anything larger than a Kira and has terrible traction if the recovery is off road.

What's the advice from more experienced players?

I have both and the FL1 is a great all round truck that can pull pretty much any trailer...

the Pulio is ...ok. I have all the tow trucks and its my least favorite.

if you want variety, get the FL1...if you just wana tow, get pulio.

also, remember you can spawn trailers at the trailer icons on map to use (jeJu harbor, etc.) that way you can test out what cargo you like hauling before you spend money on trailers.

The truck will definitely pay better. It will also allow you to use the car carrier trailer and do dock deliveries for wrecker experience. You can use the Pulio or Kira rollback to load wreck jobs on the car carrier. The Kira is particularly useful for loading a borrowed trailer until you can afford one and install the ramps. On the other hand, if you are an active player, the better pay might be in a larger van or flatbed truck which has a smaller cargo area and is easier to maneuver around town.

The problem with the tow truck is the amount of cars to tow for the truck you can afford. The problem with the larger trucks is the scaling of the money. Only some jobs pay really well with the FL1 trucks. I have a mid sized truck, semi, and right now only the small tow truck as spend all money on the semi and stuff.
