I barely make money for the 10 min repays, any tips for something that earns cash quick?

Towing. There's also a delivery job involving blue crates and the military base where I made my first fortunes. Don't do high paying delivery jobs with the % payout, as renting per minute is WAY cheaper than paying the percentage. And I would never recommend using the bank, unless you need to.

Taking a loan is never a good way. Most of the jobs pay enough to
make good money in short time. I'd say ... keep your hands away
from the bank.
