Buying and Selling fuel to make profit

You need to buy (NOT RENT) the Brutus tanker that can hold 5t of gas that you can use to refill your vehicles or sell to other players in MP right?

Well you all also know that you won't get charged for fueling up cars that you don't own. I tried searching online and these forums and hadn't seen it mentioned. But you can make a good decent but slow profit if playing Solo or MP from them.

After you had bought the tanker don't fill it right away. First is to do a deliver fuel job or two to get gas prices to drop down to 50% at gas station you delivered to. This will allow you to fill your tanker for only $10k instead of 30k at 150% gas prices.

Next after you fill up the tanker when ever you do jobs with a rented or borrowed vehicle you can set your tanker to sell gas at 200%. It will charge the owner of the vehicle and not you. (I would suggest to start with diesel and only do normal gas once you got yourself a 2nd tanker.)

If you already own the vehicles to do your favorite jobs like I do. You can still sell fuel to the game if playing Solo or MP in other ways. You see those vehicles at the port that you are to deliver or the vehicles that need towing? They come with nearly empty tanks that are just waiting to be filled up and pay you for it. So you can still sell your gas for a very good profit.

Two reason's why I suggest selecting diesel as your first tanker. Most job vehicles use diesel and secondly the busses and trucks have much larger tanks so you can sell more faster. Think about it I spent 10k to fill up 5t of gas and filled a bus waiting to be delivered earning 1.5k from the bus alone on top of it's delivery fee and still had almost a full tanker.

I do a lot of trucking jobs and filled my truck with between 2.5k to 3k worth of gas more times I can count and saved me from having to go to gas stations selling gas at 150% not to mention I can refill almost anywhere and don't need to find a gas station. Funny think about selling the gas to your own vehicle you get charged and refunded at the same time for some reason.

Now unless you go world hopping into other people's games and play solo like I do. This won't be fast profit but every little bit of profit does help.

Also before any of you think of renting a Brutus tanker to sell/buy fuel back and forth between your own and the rented one. I tested it and it didn't work. Can't swap fuel between the tankers and also you can't adjust the gas price on the rented tanker. I also highly doubt you can use all the fuel in the tanker during one gaming session which is why you need to buy one and not rent one.

Even better deliver oil from the Yeongil Oilfields to the Sanho refinery using the large 40ft tanker, about $33,000. Then fill that 40ft tanker with fuel from Sanho for Rest Stop 1100 can get around $150,000 to $170,000 a run.
