How does one get the cargo straps back?

So

I placed them in my storage box of a small box truck.
I sold said box truck. To buy a bigger truck.

And I can't find a store or place that sells the cargo straps.

Is it mentioned anywhere that it will be added to the convenience store?
Since it only sells flashlights for now?

I don't use flat beds that often but it's nice to not have cargo flying around when I do.

Go to any "Car Tuning" repair shop. Inside there is a mechanic which you can buy stuff from.

Some convenience stores do sell the straps in-game, but there are some that don't (as well as the tuning shops 42wkgc mentioned)
