Handling?
The sports mode is still waaaaay to loose in the rear. I have tried many controller settings using both the steam and in game adjustments and if you have more than half throttle on a car with the most power full engine and turn even the slightest you send the back end out. the handling needs to be tightened up a lot.

I actually think it's a little difficult to get the back end to break loose most of the time, but it does depend on the vehicle. Some are quicker to spin out than others, but none of them are hard for me to control, even at full throttle on my controller In fact, I think it's highly realistic.

Yep, very realistic I just hope all these arcade players don't try and ruin a very good driving game like this one.

for a rwd car thats how it should be, especially after the engine upgrades.
throttle control is key

The handling is fine, what car are you driving? If it's RWD, of course it's going to slide. If you can't drive, you can adjust the amount of traction control in the settings.

Instead of pitting one group against another ("THOSE DIRTY ARCADE PLAYERS ARE RUINING MY GAME!"), try converting them to your side. Offering info/tips, like others in this thread have, is a much better option that doesn't make you look like a selfish a-hole.
