Ue4 Low Level Fatal Error crash

A friend gave me the game and as soon as I downloaded it and I played it I got a black screen with an error box "Ue4 Low Level Fatal Error crash".

Before anyone asks I checked the integrity of the files and everything is normal, my computer also has the requirements to run the game, I've already searched the internet and so far nothing I've tried has helped, if any developer is reading this here I'll be extremely grateful if at least try to help, if anyone knows how to solve it I will thank you if you share it with me.

I still don't know how to solve this problem, but researching I found some factors that can lead to the error. Researching I saw that this also occurs when there is a significant increase in the temperature of the computer when running the game, thus causing the error to occur.

As well as the Unreal Engine has problems running games with everything on Low (it prioritizes the graphical beauty), you put it on Low but it runs on medium or something like that, so it is also a factor in causing the error.

Much more complex than I expected, but I still haven't found anything that can fix it.

you can still ask for a refund in that case both you and your friend have to approve it
