Blighted Heart room not showing as complete.

I have 100% the map and got every room complete and did the true ending and got the relic for that, yet the map is saying I haven't completed the Blighted Heart room which is the room right before the final boss. Is this a bug?

Also the game is claiming I don't have all the relics, but I do.

Hi!
For finishing this room, you need to complete game (in the same world you played) on both endings: B and C.

After passed ending and re-entering in the game, you will see two relics.
One of them after "bad" end, gives you change appearance on Full Blighted Lily, and after True Ending - relics that change appearance on Full Purified Lily.

Both relics will be lay on the rest point (near the bench).

Worth noting, there's also a +5HP amulet fragment hidden in the top right corner of the room.

Can confirm this. I wondered at first, too.
