How do I fully corrupt Lilly's appearance?

The characters aren't ACTUALLY feeling pain, they're just binary code running in the background...

never said anything about whether lily being corrupted is good or bad, and quite frankly i couldnt care less if you like her corrupted look. my issue was you trying to be a smartass to a different person...

Lily's corruption level is based on how many heroic spirits (bosses) you've purified.

End Game Spoiler At Ending B/C, she is additionally a further step corrupted due to trying to purify the Final Boss, where she has darker skin and her eyes are glowing red. Ending B ends there, Ending C you play with that appearance for a brief time to do phase 2 of the Final Boss.
