About Vibrant Plume slot cost

It's a mobility item for god's sake, why does it cost 3 slots? You get several mobility skills that cost nothing and then having this thing cost 3 relic slots seems very inconsistent.

You find that odd and not the amount of slots for extra heals.

I've only found one that gives one extra heal so far and it uses 3 slots. I guess that is a bit much, yeah.

Also, the faster water movement relic only uses 1 slot.

I was honestly surprised that the mask that reduces Blight damage has a cost. It should have been free to equip.
