Will be found under Drive:/Steam/steamapps/common/Combat Mission Shock Force 2/data.

That should do it.

I followed your instructions and created a new mod folder in the data folder but when I transferred the folders African Faces & African Uncon over and launch the game nothing happens

Data folder right? Not User data?

Did you choose both fighters and combatants in the editor?

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Combat Mission Shock Force 2\Data\Africa Mods

I have the two folders in this directory. I'm using quick battle to select both the UNCON and CON forces

Data\Z Folder\Africa Mods.

Also check and make sure there are no [ ] on the ends of the file names. For example syrian-combatant-soldier-skin [Africa]. If there are brackets with words in them than it is mod tagged and will only play in a scenario that uses them.

That made it work

Cool. Glad I could help.

For the record, if you ever have a mod you want to use all the time, that is tagged, just remove the brackets and word.

I followed the advice and created a Z folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Combat Mission Black Sea\Data

I put the mods folder in there.

But I don't see the extra Campaigns or Scenarios when CMBS loads. Sound mods also not working.

Any ideas?

Scenarios and Campaigns go in their respective folders in Game Files.
