Move and Dismount?
Is there a way to order a carrier vehicle to move to a point and then dismount the occupants of the vehicle? The only way I can do this is to move to the dismount point and wait until the next orders phase and give the mounted unit the command to dismount.

Best way I figured out was to move your vehicle to a point first then give the dismount command to Troops that way once the vehicle reaches their point and stops the Troops will dismount and move their troops

Give a pause order to troops, then a move order... at the same time, give a move order to vehicle.

Steiner's suggestion is the way to do it. Troops will always wait till the vehicle ends its movement, then start their own movement. I always put their first move (dismount) waypoint adjacent to the vehicles final move point, hopefully in concealment at least, to allow them to regroup outside, then let them move off to their next location. Ideally, park the vehicle in cover prior to troops exiting.... (Doh!) It'll be ugly if the enemy has a bead on dismounting troops.....!

Use 5sec pause, then move order so they don't immediately jump out like idiots.

If you want to dismount in dangerouse area it can help to put a "pop smoke" command at the end of the vehicles waypoint. Works great on strykers, their smoke builds very quick, less so on bradleys. So when your guys exit, there is smoke concealment.
When the smoke clears the squad is disembarked and prone, or did already move to another position.
Is a no-brainer but maybe someone did not think about that.
