Achievement bug
For some reason, the achievement that requires at least 2 hours in the game isn't working, even though i already have more than two hours on the game. Is it fixable?

- Open the file "savegame" with Notepad
- Set the number above "2F01000..." to 119
- Save the file and close it
- Open the game
- Wait 1min until the achievement pops-up

Additionally I found how to fix it in-game as well so new players will get the achievement automatically as intended when they cross the 2h mark. We will push an update in the coming days.

Hi. Did you ever get anywhere with this? My steam shows that I have 3 hours in the game and I still don't have this achievement either. Thanks!
No, i did not. It just stays there. I can recomend verifying the game's cash, but it didn't work for me. You should still try it. Or just reinstall it.

Please send us your savefile to contact at duandigames.com, so we can have a look at it.

1) Open your windows file browser (which is basically any folder)
2) Type in %localappdata% and hit enter
3) You should now see several folders. One of them should be "Cats_Organized_Neatly"
4) Inside is a file called "savegame".

Not really, i tried everything i could. I want to have another ideal game and this is bugging me so much lol.
I mean, after you got other Achievements or/and finished the game, there's pretty much nothing you can do. I passed the main game in like an hour but i still wanted the Achievement so i waited for another hour.

I also encounter this issue. Can the savefile be sent via the contact form on the website ? I don't see an attachement button there.

Or maybe a fix has been found already?

I also have this problem. Steam says I have played for over 3 hours but no achievement.

Where are we meant to upload the save file as your contact form on the website only has Name, Email, and Message?

I tried sending a message through this form, but it does not seem like I got a reply.

as we are only a small team plus we just released another game, it was a bit busy here. Sorry you had to wait.

Well, we'd be happy to help, but we can only do that if you send us your save file, so we can send you a modified version back. Shoot us a mail! contact[at]duandigames.com

As one of the lovely "negative reviews" pointed out, this is so we can collect email adresses or need "evidence" that you actually played it... Uff..
We simply need people to send us the file so we can modify it, that's all that is to it.

And if ppl are in doubt then just juse a throw away mail adress...

Thank you for your quick reply, i'll send the email shortly. I think the misunderstanding here is that some of us though we'd need to contact you through the form on your site (which doesn't allow for file to be added) instead of an email :)

Don't take too much notice and definitely take what they say with a pinch of salt.
Just paranoid people who cannot trust a nice game developer who are willing to help.
As you said, just use an email that isn't important, lol.
