We are experiencing some outages with our face tracking servers and are undergoing emergency repairs. You can use sound capture and gesture capture, we will fix it as soon as possible

So.... do we reinstall then? I guess my question, and no I can't join the discord I'm sorry, but is it in the process of being fixed? Or is it something misplaced in the update and now we need to reinstall? I know this might be hard to answer but you see I don't have the money to enable the other tracking options as I'm a new Vtuber. If I did, I'd be rocking with a better webcam and mic everything. But this is not good. Can we roll back and it might work? If so how to? Again, you have to forgive me Mickey but I am unable to join your discord at this time and honestly just want to know kinda whats up, so I don't have to keep clicking this post every 20 minutes.

Outside of this issue, I like the program though and use it bunches.

"We are experiencing some outages with our face tracking servers" how is this a server issue that the program isn't tracking? like why does the program reading our face go through a server in the first place. it should go straight from the camera to the program.

Yeah, I paid for a subscription; it's been over 12 hours of this app not doing exactly what it's marketed to do, and as the person mentioned above, the tracking shouldn't go through any server to work. This is ridiculous.

The face tracking program of our vtuber maker uses the SDK service provided by a third-party software company, and now there is a problem with this SDK. I understand your concern, but please rest assured that we have not uploaded any user image data to the cloud server

First of all, I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you:
1. The failure of Face Tracking is not caused by an update, it is the SDK service we purchased has expired. This is a big mistake
2. We are trying several solutions:
(1) Continue to renew the SDK contract (in progress)
(2) It will take a long time to replace other face tracking program algorithm
3. Everything is being processed urgently

Again, we did not transmit any user facial data to the cloud server. The reason for the server that the developer replied was that we started to misunderstand that the third-party SDK service was invalid. But after checking, it was found that only the service had expired.
